HumblyHealthy is a wellness and health food blog, whose mission is to empower you to develop holistic, healthy, and fulfilling eating habits. 

I believe food is our medicine, and create simple, gluten-free and dairy-free recipes that will help you achieve your optimal health. My recipes are primarily plant-based, but I do work with eggs, fish, and poultry. I also enjoy making vegan desserts, from raw cakes to baked goods, using no artificial sweeteners. My goal is to help you develop a healthier relationship with food, and to find inner peace with yourself and your body.
