Cinnamon Apples on Venerdi Gluten Freedom Spiced Fruit Sourdough English Muffins
{ Gluten FREE english muffins… yum! }
{ INGREDIENTS }
One packet of Venerdi Gluten Freedom Spiced Fruit Sourdough English Muffins
One large or two small apples, sliced
2 Tbsp of butter, or coconut oil for dairy free
1-2 Tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon, cardamom, allspice
Pinch of salt
Scoop of coconut yogurt
{ METHOD }
Thinly slice your apple.
Cook butter and sugar on medium heat in a saucepan until sugar has begun to dissolve.
Lay apple slices on top of mixture.
While cooking, slice one Spiced Fruit Sourdough English Muffin and toast.
Add spices and salt to apples and flip.
Once apples are soft and toast is ready, layer apples, add a dollop of coconut yoghurt and top with remaining sauce mixture and cinnamon. Enjoy!
