Bianca’s Banana Bread

{ SUPER EASY SOFT BANANA BREAD, PERFECT SERVED WARM FROM THE OVEN. }

{ INGREDIENTS }

110g of almond meal

2 tbs of chia seeds

1/3 cup of rice flour

1/3 cup of cornflour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp bi carb soda

2 mashed bananas

2 heaped tbs rice malt syrup

1 tbs of honey

2 eggs

135g of melted butter

{ METHOD }

Place the almond meal, rice flour, corn flour, baking powder, bi carb soda in a bowl, and mix until combined.
In a small bowl place the bananas, chia seeds, eggs, rice malt syrup, honey and melted butter. Once combined then mix into the big bowl with dry ingredients. Then gently mix together.
Pour into a lined bread tin and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
Total time: 1 hour 15 minutes
