HEALTHY KIWI & CHIA FRESCA

{ A REFRESHING DRINK FROM THE LUMINOUS KITCHEN }

{ INGREDIENTS }

2 fresh kiwi fruit

400ml coconut water

2 tsp honey

2 tsp chia seeds

{ METHOD }

Cut the rind of the kiwi fruit. Combine the peeled kiwi, coconut water and honey in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Strain the juice into 2 glasses and stir in a tsp of chia seeds into each glass. Serve chilled.
