{ INGREDIENTS }

Kale – 1 handful

Spinach – 1 handful

Frozen Pineapple – 1 handful (or fresh pineapple and handful of ice)

Pumpkin Seeds – 1 handful

Shredded Coconut – 2 tbsp

Coconut Water – 1 ½ cups

Forever Young powder – 1 tsp

Add all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
