Berry Smoothie with Lemon Myrtle

{ AS A MUM, I AM OFTEN TRYING TO FIND CREATIVE WAYS TO GIVE MY KIDS THEIR VEGETABLES, SUPPLEMENTS AND OF COURSE #THEPLUMPOWER. SMOOTHIES ARE A REGULAR FAVOURITE IN OUR HOUSEHOLD WHERE INGREDIENTS ARE OFTEN MIXED AND MATCHED, DEPENDING UPON WHAT IS IN THE FREEZER. BUT DID YOU KNOW THAT LEMON MYRTLE CAN ALSO BE ENJOYED IN SMOOTHIES? }

{ INGREDIENTS }

1/2 cup mixed frozen berries 

1 frozen banana 

2 frozen spinach cubes

1 1/2 cup coconut water or plain filtered water

1 tsp Kakadu Plum Co. lemon myrtle blend

{ METHOD }

Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
