For founders Karen & Dominic, the story of Gingerbread Folk has always been baking cookies with a conscience. In 2000, the couple left behind a corporate lifestyle to experience the beauty of the Australian outback. With freedom to visualise a new direction, a small baking business was born. Fast forward 17 years and together with their two children, they live in the beautiful Blue Mountains west of Sydney, where the natural environment continues to inspire an ethical philosophy that guides Gingerbread Folk today.
