 yum. Gluten Free: We are so excited about your brand new gluten free gourmet rolls! What was the inspiration behind this new product?

Hi yum. readers! Thanks so much for having us on board! At Helga’s, we are always looking for ways to improve our product offering and we actively work with our customers to ensure we are answering their gluten free product needs. People are constantly on the lookout for more variety and new products that are gluten free –we’d noticed an increase in requests for gluten free rolls, so we responded! The rolls are available in two variants, Traditional White and 5 Seeds. Helga’s Gluten Free 5 Seeds is made using linseed, toasted sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and sunflower seeds.

ygf: Yum! We are so excited to try them. What’s the best part about Helga’s products?

Helga’s Gluten Free Gourmet Rolls are made in our dedicated gluten free only bakery, to avoid cross contamination from breads with gluten in them.
