yum. has moved kitchens
{ “It is with great pleasure that I hand over the bowl and spoon of yum. Gluten Free to the super talented Olivia Jackson,” Bianca Shugg }
The yum. Gluten Free journey has been an amazing three and half years, something I will treasure forever. yum. gave me the tools and knowledge base to build my career into an exciting new opportunity. I recently accepted the brand new position of Regional Digital Commercial Manager with Australia’s second largest media organisation; Southern Cross Austereo. A role that will see digital growth and opportunities for regional businesses across Australia.
I couldn’t be happier for yum., knowing it’s gone into the hands of not only a fellow coeliac but also a die hard fan and even previous employee. I look forward to seeing yum. take on the world. Congratulations Olivia, I’m so glad you have chosen to take on this amazing opportunity.
Thank you dearly to all of my yum. fans and readers, it has been my sincere pleasure raising awareness and making Coeliac Disease more accepted in our society. Thank you for everything and if I can leave you with anything…

What an honour to take on all that is yum. Gluten Free!
My name is Olivia and I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2010. Even after 9 years of chronic illness, the diagnosis came as quite a shock to me. After about a year of battling with “commitment issues” I finally embraced #nocrumbsplease and have never felt better!
As a passionate yum. follower, it was a dream to join the yum. team in 2014 as National Sales Manager and then Features Writer. When I heard that yum. was changing kitchens in August, I was eager to take on this new adventure. Whether you live a gluten free life or just love the recipes and features, yumglutenfree.com.au will continue to inspire with creativity and deliciousness.
I look forward to embarking on this journey with you. The mixing bowl is overflowing with exciting plans for 2017 so get pumped up and stay tuned!
Olivia
