Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist, Rachel Hawkins and diagnosed coeliac and owner of yum. Gluten Free, Olivia Jackson will educate on the facts and share practical tips and tricks on gluten free and coeliac disease.

Olivia and Rachel will discuss removing gluten due to a diagnosis of coeliac disease, non-coeliac gluten sensitivity and other health conditions, GF myth busting, top pantry staples, our favourite product swaps, managing dining out, overcoming food anxiety, learning your “script” when speaking about your dietary needs and each of you will receive a goodie bag valued over $70 and go into the running to win incredible door prizes (see below for the announcements)!
