Valentine’s Day is a time for celebrating love and friendship. Undoubtedly, using food to show feelings of love is a popular pick on any special day! The science of love proves sharing a meal with a loved one is one of the greatest ways to boost Oxytocin levels, a hormone associated with feelings of trust and attachment.
To help you have a happy, healthy and love-filled Valentine’s Day, here is the perfect gluten-free menu for two. Sure to ignite all senses!
 
Starters
Starting the menu with a light and flavoursome dish is the ideal way to set the scene for what’s ahead! Both of the below ideas are quick to prepare and are sure to impress:
