WATERMELON POPSICLES { THE YUMMIEST WAY TO COOL DOWN THIS SUMMER! } Contributor: Jo Anderson { INGREDIENTS } 1/4 watermelon 8 popsicle sticks { METHOD } Cut the watermelon into triangles. Using a sharp knife, make a small cut in the rind, then insert a popsicle stick. Combine the peeled kiwi, coconut water and honey in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Strain the juice into 2 glasses and stir in a tsp of chia seeds into each glass. Serve chilled.
